Therefore, to build aneffective, efficient and in line with the actual letters and information system has becomea priority of every provinces and cities.This paper presented a guideline of the petition information system in Kunming,and for the system risk of the information security, it has designed ideas from thenetwork, network security, network reliability design analysis. Established of thisinformation system has promoted the management of the petition work, service and thework pattern. Therefore the research in this paper has certain significance for the centraland western regions to build a cost-effective computer network system. The design ofthe network used a two flats network architecture planning, to accordance with theprinciple of the network equipment, it is also made the corresponding specification forthe internal network and external network. The planning and allocation of the IP address,the designs of petition business platform and application platform systems, and theissues of security management also have made detailed descriptions in this article.Established of this information system has promoted the management of the petition work, service and the work pattern, improved the work efficiency. Therefore theresearch in this paper has certain significance for the central and western regions tobuild a cost-effective computer network system.
