| With the rapid development of economy in our country people live a high quality of life,but the gap between rich and poor is widening and increase in the number of obvious corruption also contributed to the evolution of social contradictions,most of the domestic urban areas at all levels of government reception department received letters and quantities,at the same time,in the face of a complaint reporting problems complex is becoming more and more high grade,on the one hand,the people’s legal consciousness is more and more strong,on the other hand is also a complaint reporting system more perfect,but the quantity of reporting and complaint reporting scope expansion makes the reception department is facing the double test of the efficiency and quality of work,how to give full play of the correspondence and reception department of the government at the corresponding level of guidance,coordination,supervision and other work and reception department has become the focus of the research problem.This paper combines the actual situation of the government at the corresponding level,the complaint reporting the actual needs of staff and the complainant’s actual demand,in the process of demand analysis mainly combines the use case diagram of UML modeling were analyzed,and the technology used.NET platform building,SQL SERVER database information management system of the petition system design and the realization of the system,the government complaint management system because of the need to implement the data via the Internet interaction,so the design of the adopting the browser/SERVER structure;Through ADO.NET technology to realize database access,ensure the security and stability of the data,in the petition in the process of informatization management system demand research mainly adopts the method of interview investigation method and data investigation system,analyzes the actual demand and letters to the government of the reception department of information management system function division,such as letters and registration management,the complaint reporting handling management,reporting statistics management,complaint management,query and management and the handling of complaint reporting system management functions.Finally the letters and information management system of the government system testing guarantee system can be put into normal use work environment.After the implementation of the government reporting information management system can register for the complaint reporting handling office network and letters and information management,and improve the efficiency of the complaint reporting handling office saved complainant time,at the same time to the complainant confidentiality of the information so it can guarantee the rights of the complainant,applies the government information management system capable of handling letters and visits work obviously improve information transparency,thus to strengthen the supervision of the society,but also promote the social harmony. |
