Design And Implementation Of Shandong Province Online Petition Information System

In recent years,as the system of letters and visits by the State has been increasing its efforts in online letters and visits,and various localities have actively explored new forms of online letters and visits,the work of online letters and visits across the country has shown various forms of reflection and its coverage has been constantly expanded.The main purpose of this paper is to explore how to build a system of petitions and letters based on the mobile Internet platform under the background of the rapid development of mobile internet and to support collaborative work between letters and visits departments at provincial,city and county levels to provide more and more convenient petitions for petitioners Channel,at the same time for the petition department to more scientific,rapid,anytime,anywhere to deal with petitions to provide business support.This paper develops the design of online petition information system based on the information technology of J2 EE technology,authentication technology,custom work flow technology,Web Service technology,SSL,VPN,security audit,mobile video surveillance platform and so on.This paper first introduces the research background and reviews the current situation of the petition work at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the J2 EE distributed computing technology,authentication technology,custom work flow technology,Web Service technology,SSL,VPN,security audit,mobile video surveillance Platform,etc.The third chapter of the dissertation analyzes the development of mobile Internet at home and abroad and the demand for information exchange through the petition work.Then,the demand for a unified mobile Internet access platform for letters and calls is obtained through the elaboration of the processing requirements of the information resources handled by petitioners and petition processing departments and the internal processing requirements of the petition business information.Combined with the status quo of information and information construction,mobile Internet hardware and software technology,the unified mobile Internet access platform prototype design.Finally,this paper constructs and realizes the online petition information system based on the system construction requirements of petition business of Shandong Province petition bureau and mobile internet access.
