| ATM is an important application system in modern banking business, whichdistributes a lot of work over the counter withdrawals, saves labor costs, facilitates thecustomer for deposit and withdrawal services, greatly improves the bank’s financialservices.The purpose of the present study is to observe the ATM and other self-servicesystems momentarily based on the ATM mornitoring and management system designedby some municipal commercial banking. And the main research contents are:1. Professional requirements proposed by bank were analyzed, and the methodsabout systematic design and development were selected;2. The method about ATM mornitoring system based on Web B/S structure wasstudied in order to achieve the goals on mornitor, manage and analyze functions ofATM.3. The systematic frames, practical modules and data base were studies anddesigned in detail in the process of systematic development.Partial problems in the process of project implementation about ATM self-service,along with the current situation of manage information system, mornitoringmanagement requirement, the fact of digital instruction, business process, andcustomer’s requirements were investigated and analyzed, based on which newsystematic method was studied. Standards relevant to systematic data base wereestablished and completed. ATM business process in the condition of digitalization wasdisentangled efficiently, efficiency was improved highly, possibilities of error weredecreased, which is very important to the management and development for banking. |
