With the socio-economic development, the use of vehicles, more than a supportinghardware and car parking facilities, such as the planning and construction lags wellbehind the growth in the number of owned cars."Parking is problems" the city to makethe process of building a harmonious society the government a headache, a seriousproblem. Urban law enforcement agencies how to carry out effective management andtimely understanding of the circumstances of each car park and improve the efficientuse of parking spaces on the city management and law enforcement departments need tosolve a problem. In response to this situation, the paper design and development ofintelligent parking information management system, information management platformcan be quickly obtained free parking, designated parking spaces assigned users to speedup the user’s parking rate increase parking efficiency and cost savings. Completeparking system uses sensors detect function, when the car parking in or leaving parkingspaces, installed in the parking sensors on the probe end of the feedback will be sent toinformation management platform, information management platform for dataprocessing and information display. The system is effective use of information systemsresources to make intelligent parking management, ease the sharp rise in the city ownedvehicles, parking problems, to maximize the utilization of parking spaces to allow usersto quickly stop the use of vehicles to facilitate the payment of bills. Effective toovercome the existing system of manual and meter charges many defects, revitalizeurban road parking resources, and unified planning for urban parking managementprovides an effective means.
