Design And Implementation Of Parking Information Forecasting Subsystem In Intelligent Parking Management System

With the increase of urban population and vehicles, parking is difficult tobecome increasingly troublesome issue for the city people.The intelligent parkingmanagement system is an effective way to solution the parking problem.Nowadays,the main function of the intelligent parking management system in ourcountry is show the real-time parking information on the screen outside of theparking area,and can not forecast the information in future,result the information isdifferent between the driver seen outside of the parking area and when he arrive theinside of the parking area,even the driver have to find new parking area.So,theinformation on the screen should be the future time,and it need the intelligentparking management system can forecast.In this thesis,against the faults of thecurrent parking system,I design and implementation the parking informationforecasting subsystem in intelligent parking management system to improve theeffectiveness of the parking information.In this thesis,I research the situation of parking management syetem,analyze thedefects and give the develop trend of the parking management system.Discussed thetheories of time series forecasting, focus on the neural network forecasting,anddescribe the BP neural network.The intelligent parking management system is designed integrally in thisthesis,design and implementation the parking information forecasting subsystem.Theparking information forecasting subsystem designed by this thesis,introduce thetheory of time series forecasting,and the theory of the neural network forecasting.In this basis,design the model of the parking information forecast with BP neuralnetwork. And give the effective way to forecast the parking information,docontributions for the application of the neural network.Because add the alternativeforecasting function,the flexibility and efficiency of the system designed by thisthesis,and the system have strong adaption ability.This subsystem have the best forecasting model by do lots of experiments,usethis system can forecast the changes of the parking information in the short futuretime effectively,forecast the information,do positive explores for solving theproblems of paring.
