| With development of traffic management information, electronic police has been widely used in many areas. In the processing of construction and application, we might face many problems such as protecting original investments, standardizing construction mode, and improving construction efficiency. In addition, we need to find solutions for instability of systems, disintegration of data, inefficiency of transfer, which are caused by expansibility of electronic police system, with more and more connection and load of servers.The design and application of electronic police integration platform (EPIP) can standardize construction of electronic police system, and especially settle instability of system caused by increasing clients, therefore improve efficiency of data transfer and step up general service capability. Moreover, EPIP can achieve more functions of administration to fore devices.This essay analyzes characteristics of EPIP and data, and supposes a model of EPIP with particular explanation of its design and implement. This model is composed of two parts: Clients Groupware and Web Services. Web Services mainly include methods of different operations, information cache with asynchronous operations, JMS, and Data-holding layer. Web Services run in the web which sustains Serlvet and implements SOAP service via AXIS. The client of electronic police can use all service modules, and then achieve goals of electronic integration.The main part of this essay is Web Services of EPIP. In the essay, function and components of Web Services have been designed in details, and such key technique as asynchronous data transfer, extensible system frame , information cache are proposed here ,which helps to achieve efficiency and stability of EPIP , increase capacity of service ,and extends the range of system application.The final part of this essay makes some test of EPIP's function and performance. Many practice of this EDIP shows that this EDIP is useable and valuable. |
