Design And Implementation Of Dongguan Public Security Bureau Police Integrated Management System

With the continuous development of our country's economy,the speed of population flow has been accelerating,which has led to the prominent public security issues.People's demands for public security issues are also getting higher and higher.This requires the public security authorities to manage public security.It is necessary to fully consider people's specific requirements,effectively improve the level of public security management,and then increase citizens' safety awareness.As the frontier of reform and opening up development,Dongguan City has adopted floating populations across the country.The problem of public security is more prominent.Therefore,how to improve the level of public security management through the implementation of a comprehensive set of policing management methods is an important issue faced by the Public Security Bureau of Dongguan City..During the process of designing the integrated policing management system of the Dongguan Public Security Bureau,the overall design was mainly made using the J2 EE integration framework to improve the system's scalability and integrability.The design and implementation of the system are based on software engineering ideas,combined with object-oriented technology to implement specific business logic and functional modules,and improve the efficiency,standardization,and intelligence of policing integrated management services.The main contents of the policing management system of the Dongguan Public Security Bureau include the following:(1)Combining with the actual needs of the Police Integrated Management Service of Dongguan and the status of the current research,the significance and content of the research on the policing integrated management business are analyzed.(2)Investigate the business functions and operational processes of policing integrated management,build the overall business model and data model of the system,and build a use case model of major functional modules based on this,and analyze the participants and execution activities of different use cases.(3)The main functions of integrated policing management are divided into five major functional modules: case management,transaction management,population and rental housing management,file management,and system management.Detailed process and logical design are developed for different modules;(4)Using the MVC design pattern and Java development technology to implement the policing integrated management system,to enhance the system's scalability and maintainability through modular and hierarchical forms.At present,the integrated policing management system has been applied and promoted within the Dongguan Public Security Bureau and has achieved positive results.Through the application and implementation of the system,while realizing the information of the policing integrated management business,the efficiency of the policing integrated management business is effectively improved.At the same time,with the help of the application of policing integrated management services,it can play a role in promoting information sharing and information disclosure among different departments within the Public Security Bureau in Dongguan.
