China Southern Airlines is one of the three major key aviation group, bear a very heavy domestic and international passenger services and freight transportation service. The ground service is very important, it includes two class management, service, check-in, check-in baggage transportation scheduling management, management etc. Along with the company information hardware system continue to improve, the construction of software system is lagging behind, mainly in the line of position data is not shared, the personnel on duty can not use the office terminal quick access to inform, interagency data aggregated by manual work, the work efficiency is low, design a set of ground integrated business management platform needs, improve integrated service management level ground service department.This paper analyzes the present situation of China Southern Airlines ground services business, planning the China Southern Airlines ground services integrated business management process, especially the transfer process between the teams, departments, between the post information, based on the information system construction scheme. The system uses the B/S structure design, using JSP technology development. The production line running position design system for ground service department, the position data were integrated and optimized, and the above data through a unified platform for the display, realize one-stop office ground services business. The system realizes the operation statistics, service quality management, security management team, team post duty diary, team post knowledge management, training management, two class spares consumption management and other functions.China Southern Airlines Ground Services Department of design and development of the integrated service management system, standardize the ground service operation, service quality management, statistical post duty management business process, the realization of network, ground services business electronic, standardized and transparent management, greatly improves the work efficiency.
