This thesis discusses the subsystem of the Oriental Management InformationSystem, which is called the " construction materials warehouse management system", itmainly focuses on the management of the construction project material supply, and thisthesis states the process of the development from nothing to carrying out the entireprocess, in which mainly discusses the analysis of the system and the design stage.In the section of the system analysis, the thesis analyses the feasible analysis fromthe actual requirements of the construction material storage and management, includingthe analysis of the economic feasibility, the analysis of the technical and operationalfeasibility, it combines with the development strategy of enterprise and determines thetarget to achieve; after analyzing the existing problems which the company has in thewarehouse management in detail, it expands the target sufficiently and determines theused object of the system function module; after analyzing the requirements sufficiently,it steps into the most important phase of the system design.Design phase mainly focuses on the extension of the function module and databasedesign, which makes the system have three big functions, that is, the warehousingmanagement, basic information and the system maintenance. The warehousemanagement module includes the inventory management, the warehouse inquiry and theloss management. Basic material module includes the warehousing management, thecustomer management, the company management, the product management, thecategory management of the product. System maintenance module includes the usermanagement, the password changes. The system has basically fulfilled the expectedfunctions. When the user loges in, conducting the warehouse inquiry, the warehousemanagement, the delivery management, the loss management, the storehousemanagement, the management between the company and the customer, the managementbetween the product and the category, adding the users, the function allocating andchanging the passwords. Otherwise, the administrator can assign permissions to inquiryand file.In the phase of system development, it achieves the results by the system analysis. The system uses MyEclipse as the developed tool, based on B/S structure to design,using the current popular Java technology for system development, using the SQLServer2005database as data storage. According to the current standard of technology ofdevelopment, the program structure is divided into three levels, that is, the businesslogic level, the presentation level and the persistence level. The presentation layer usesthe Struts2framework for the implementation, the business logic level uses the springframework to achieve, at last, everlastingly used Hibernate framework to achieve.After implementation in the Orient Corp, the system develops the informatizationof the company’s speed network, the diversity, the intellectualization, the scientification,and improving the work efficiency. It reduces effectively the loopholes of thewarehousing management, effectively reducing the processing error in the processingmaterial information. It accelerates the capital turnover; saves the majority ofadministrative expenditure, increases the company profits, the control of current fundbecomes more flexible. It improves the company’s warehouse management.
