With the rapid development of large-scale offshore engineering modular construction, the inventory cost of materials required has also increased year by year.Due to the characteristics of fast response to demand, low inventory cost and overall optimization, distributed warehousing has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. However, there are still some problems, such as the research on the model of distributed material system is relatively less, the solution algorithm is relatively single and the evaluation and decision-making index hierarchy is not comprehensive.According to the characteristics of large-scale module construction process, this paper establishes the cost model, efficiency evaluation model and schemes decision-making hierarchy of the distributed material system, proposes an improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm to solve the cost model, optimizes the weight values of the judgment matrices of the schemes decision-making index hierarchy, and develops the distributed material cost management and evaluation system. The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that the research on the model of distributed material system is relatively less, this paper analyzes the material storage cost, material shortage loss cost, ordering cost and transportation cost caused by the ordering process and allocation process, and establishes the ordering and allocation cost model of the distributed material system.(2)Aiming at the problem that the current solving algorithm is relatively simple, this paper combines genetic algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm, improves crossover and mutation operations and integrates Metropolis criterion. An example model is established, and the improved algorithm program is written by MATLAB to solve the cost model established in Item(1).(3)Aiming at the problem that the evaluation and decision-making hierarchy of distributed material system is not comprehensive enough, this paper establishes the efficiency evaluation model and schemes decision-making hierarchy of distributed material system. The DEA method is used to study the process of efficiency evaluation, and the AHP method is used to construct the judgment matrices of schemes decisionmaking index hierarchy. The weight values of each judgment matrix are optimized by using the estimation of distribution algorithm based on Cholesky decomposition.(4)Finally,this paper designs and develops a distributed material cost management and evaluation system by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and SQL Server 2014.The demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the system are put forward. The design of the system database and the development process of the main modules of the system are completed, and the simulation application is carried out.The results show that the optimization of material ordering and allocation schemes of the distributed material system can effectively reduce the storage cost and distribution cost of materials in the module construction process;the improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm can have more advantages than the single algorithm in terms of iteration times and optimal value;the estimation of distribution algorithm based on Cholesky decomposition can get better weight values than other algorithms;the distributed material cost management and evaluation system can also provide application support for enterprises in cost calculation of material ordering and allocation, efficiency evaluation and decision-making of distributed warehousing schemes, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
