HRM is a very important part of working in an organization. This thesis introducesHRM system’s development and operating process.The first part introduces the research background and significance of HRM system,the concept and development status quo of business intelligence, as well as technologiesfrequently used applied in current HRM system development. Then describes thesystem requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. Inrequirements analysis phase, we carried out a detailed investigation of the company’shuman resources management needs.In the system design phase, according to the company’s overall developmentstrategy, analysis of existing personnel structure, we design system based on humanresource management processes. The system mainly consists of eight parts: humanresource planning module, position management module, recruitment managementmodules, training modules, contract management module, capacity development,management module, backup recovery module and the security module.In addition to including the traditional function of the human resources system, oursystem also includes human resources data warehouse and data mining, which is amajor feature of the system. HR data warehouse has collected and synthesized staff’sbasic information annually. This system explores the relevance and mutual influenceamong those basic features, like age, title, degree and sex, through mining algorithm ofbusiness intelligence what has been mentioned before. On the basis of systematic dataanalysis, the last part is about the operation of the system by adopting B/S developmentmodel and three-layered architecture, the SQL SERVER2005and IIS Server, with C#Language and.NET platform as developer kits.In the process of system design and development of this writing, I have a deeperunderstanding of the industry-standard. It improves my knowledge architecture forhuman resource management.
