With the development of film and television market, the implanting advertising is also changing its style and content. It will become a more invisible form which comes into the film and television audience’s field of vision. Moreover,the invisibility and commercial of implanting advertising combines well with the film and TV which exerts a subtle influence to the consumption of audience as consumer audience would accept impressive advertising information and brand information when they watch the film and television. Therefore, this way not only could brings advertisers huge economic value but also could brings the film and television producers a large amount of profit. This paper is aimed at studying the Chinese implanting advertising operation mode and development strategy. In order to achieve the goal, this paper firstly will learn the characteristic of film and television and then will analysis the positive and negative influence of implanting advertising, finally this paper will try to find out the "win-win" best cooperation way which might be the strategy of the development of implanting advertising in the future.
