To meet the demand of the automation of oil delivering in army oil depot,the improved automation of oil delivering in depot is designed and developed according to the fieldbus technology.This automation system includes the monitoring & eontrol station and control station, they are conneeted by the Profibus-DP, and the control station is conformed of the local control device and intelligent slave station. The control device performs the function such as specific quantity control, the interlock control.This dissertation takes deep research on IEC61158 intemational standard, EN50170 EuroPean standard and the protoeol rule of ASIC chip SPC3 from Siemens On the base of simple introduetion about PROFIBUS protocol. The dissertation presents a scheme to develop PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave station interface using SPC3 on the base of mastering PROFIBUS technique, to design the PROFIBUS-DP hardware circuit using SPC3 and microproeessor, to develop program of interface and application according to SPC3 protocol, manufacture a universal PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave interface board. Then a complete PPROFIBUS intelligent networked control system was set up using process control, I/O eontrol, motor drive control and video control as object, RS485 protocol transition technique and intelligent slave interface board mentioned above.In the dissertation the author studies the control algorithm of the variable frequency control in oil delivering, and introduces the basies of fuzzy control and the existing problems. Also he puts forth the design of the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, establishes the model of oil delivering and simulates it. By simulation, the autbor illustrates the superiority of PID control algorithm.
