The Analysis And Design Of The Electronic Document Management System

With the development of information technology as well as the degree of information needs to improve, the number of stored information is increasing, more and more species, office document management tools has become a big trend. The application of electronic document management system has been related to various fields, more and more the corporate sector began to develop a professional electronic document management system for unified management of the internal variety of electronic. Its implementation can effectively improve work efficiency, strengthen mutual cooperation among staff, efficient management of electronic documents.This paper first introduces the research background of the electronic document management system. Background on the whole, an overview of the issues to be addressed, discussed the meaning and importance of the electronic document management system, system development and related technologies; Details the system requirements analysis, presentation of the needs analysis including a sub-business requirements, functional requirements analysis, as well as non-functional requirements analysis, given the system’s business process diagrams, use case diagram and conceptual class diagram, use case descriptions; In system design, system overall design and module design, including user function module, document management, log management module, given the functional block diagram of the module design (package), class diagram, sequence diagram (collaboration diagram) and the processing flow of the elaborate design content, interface design, detailed design of the database table structure for electronic document management system; Finally, the contents of the study, I described the main work, pointed out the shortcomings of the paper, and further work is prospected.
