At home and abroad, the controller of overflow dyeing machine is divided into two kinds,which are MCU and PLC. But the speed of MCU controller is slow. The external circuit iscomplex. The anti-interference ability is weak. The system need to join other hardware andsoftware protection. The maintenance of system is difficult. And the cost of PLC controllerhardware is higher. The system integration is relatively low. It has defects in the networking.It is also hard to realize the integration of the information system and enterprise. The controlof PLC and MCU can no longer meet requirements of the dyeing machine control technology.Therefore, the article puts forward to the control system of overflow dyeing machine forresearch based on ARM and CAN bus technology. The main contents are as follow:The paper analyses the dyeing technology of the overflow dyeing machine based on thedisadvantages of the present overflow dyeing machine control. According to the functionrequirements and performance requirements of the overflow dyeing machine, the paper putforward the single machine control scheme and the group control system scheme of theoverflow dyeing machine.The advantages and disadvantages of the fuzzy control algorithm and the PID controlalgorithm are analyzed and the Fuzzy-PID control method is proposed to achieve oftemperature control the overflow dyeing machine. The Fuzzy controller is designed. Theoverflow dyeing machine temperature control model is established. The temperature control ofoverflow dyeing machine is simulated, and simulation result is analyzed.The hardware circuit of overflow dyeing machine to control system is designed based onARM, which include temperature acquisition circuit、pressure acquisition circuit、liquid levelacquisition circuit、D/A transformation circuit、serial communication circuit and some basiccircuit, etc. The drivers and applications of overflow dyeing machine to control system isdesigned based on Linux system. And from the hardware and software of the system is devisedto prevent interference measures. Temperature data of system is collected based on the systemof temperature control experiment and the data is analyzed.Based on CAN-Bus, the controller CAN agreement、CAN transceiver and RS232/CANBus converter have been chosen. The hardware circuit of CAN communication is designed. The CAN-Bus application layer protocol is formulated. The software programs of CAN-Buscommunication is designed to achieve PC and ARM under the communication based on thehardware circuit. The experiment proves system function is good through debugging.Through the analysis and design, the Control System of Overflow Dyeing Machinebased on ARM and CAN Bus Technology is set up, which foundation of the commissioninglay for the next step. The system has greatly increased the level of automation about thedyeing machine, and has a good prospect of application in the textile enterprises.
