At present, the construction of a multi-service bearer network to replace the previous variety of business, a variety of telecommunications network systems have become common carriers. In order to improve the service quality of critical businesses,make good use of the resources of bandwidth,and improve user's satisfaction degree,it has been required to deploy QoS functions on multi-service bearer network.Traditional IP QoS mechanism is based on DiffServ (Differentiated Services) model, however, carry a variety of services (such as voice, video, data) multi-service bearer network operators, the mere use of DiffServ to solve the problem or the lack of QoS. In this thesis, based on the results of some studies on DiffServ, IntServ (Integrated Services) and MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) system, a mechanism that combines an agreement was discussed, and this binding mechanism, the proposed multi-service telecom operators bearer network architecture recommendations.Finally with Shanghai Telecom IP MAN QoS deployment, for example, describes how based on IP/MPLS bearer network to implement QoS, for different levels of customers and business network services provide quality assurance. These research results have been used to good effect.
