With the rapid development of our national economy,there has beena growing awareness of environmental problem,especially of atmosphereand water pollution. Generally-speaking, the environment problem hasbeen a hot-debate topic in our society, government has also put forwardseries of relevant policies to tackle with the problem. In order toaccomplish monitoring and protection and predict future environmentcondition, finding out an accurate, safe and stable remote environmentmonitoring system is of great importance to the whole project. Owing tothe wide range and dispersion of environment monitoring stations,moreover, to the fact that most monitoring stations are located in remoteareas in which the environment condition is relatively awful, we aredevoted to develop a specific environment monitoring system which isbased on ARM9and3G.Remote environment monitoring system which Based on a ARM9and3G acquire environment parameter data through monitor device andsensor of individual monitoring-station, and then the data which isacquired would be packed into IP report through3G mobile wirelesscommunication network, after the process of A/D module and oftransmission to the embedded microcontroller processor storage, besides,the IP report would be transmitted to the upper-computer which locate onmonitoring center through mobile wireless communication network. Afterthe receiving procedure of upper-computer, storage procedure would storedata to the real-time data table and historical data table of database.Upper-computer interface would process and display data through callingdatabase. Each station of remote environment monitoring systemconnects to one unity through mobile wireless communication network,and transmits data to monitor center in unified pace.The power design of remote environment monitoring system whichbased on ARM9and3G, taking the way of using a interface circuit whichdepend on lithium battery and storage battery to provide electricity power,besides, data transmission modules employ3G mobile wireless communication network, which could save a lot on manpower andmaterial resources, and is of great convenience to install or carry with,compare to traditional method. With the comparison of previous GPRScommunication technology,3G mobile wireless communication networkhas several superior characteristics such as stable, quick transmissionspeed, and own the ability to transmit high-capacity audio and video files.The project has done a deep research and to circuit diagram andsoftware program of each modules in hardware and software of theremote environment monitoring system. Especially to The human-computer interface of higher engine system. The higher engine systememploy Three layers of B/S structure, in addition, software developmentplatform using the is Visual Studio2010, and programming language isC#, and database employ SQL2005, moreover, Data receiving and storageis achieved by certain programs which is written by CITECT software,finally,the network system is issued by the technology of ‘.NET’. Thesystem has advantages of good real-time performance, stability, costsaving, and convenience of system upgrading, which have great practicalvalue and good promotion prospects.
