System building above the reliable webdevelopment resources via a cheap network resource to achieve the minimization of the cost.Actual situation based on SOA architecture, system designing, to solve the problem oftransmission between the data server, combined with information on many departments,advertising inconsistent data formats, design a targeted framework for solutions, the solutionsto meet these requests, efficient and simple request, via which advertising media solutionsmay apply into many departments of information systems, which can solve the datatransmission and the display effectively.After advertising media been computerized, the entire system as an invaluable role to make the efficient whims and broad dissemination for the enterprise. The early requirementanalysis of the system based on the domain analysis technology,then transform therequirement to the realize system need through Microsoft’s software technology. In the entiresystem developing process, we use the industry’s most popular ideas and computerinformation, and make the computer information technology server the advertising industryactually.
