With t he rapid development of the Chinese Economy, cars bec ome the mian means of t rans por t. Domestic enterprises are more willing to buy office’s cars for the empl oyees in order to i mpr ove their work effic iency and the enterprise image. Although the car improves the ent erprise’s whole strength, how to managing the car to ma ximi ze their values, and how to managing the information gene r ate d in the prossess of the car us e, mai ntenance, insurance and so on become an urge nt problem for the enterpir se managers.This dissertation presents an enterpri se-or ient ed car ma nagement information s ystem based on B/S structure. It is concise, easy t o use, and robust and supports all the bus iness requirements of the enterpirse car managemenThe system takes M VC three-layer framework modes. The mai n contribut ions of this thesis are as follow:Firstly, we survey t he vehichle management regulations of many enterprises and the government. Ba sed on analysis of the car ma nagement business requirements, we construc t the requirement model for the car management informa tion sys tem, including function requirement and nofunction requir ement. In the function r equirement, we take us e of t he UML usec ase diagra ph and collaboration diagraph to show the business requir ement of the car MIS. Meanwhile, we model the nofunction requirement ac cording to t he performa nce, usability and security.Se condly, based on the r equire ment analysis, we propose the system design and impleme ntation. The dis sertation gives t he system developme nt platform at fir st. In the design process, we propose the the whole architec ture design thr ough 3 views: physical architecture, logical ar chit ecture and functi on organization architecture. Since car use,ca r mantainc e and accide nt ma nagement are the mai n impor tant business process, we detailed discuss the bus iness proce ss de sign and opt imizat ion for the 3 proce ss based on UML ac tivi ty graph and the implementa tion based on SpringMVC fr amework.Espec ially, this dissertation designs ma ny sta tisti c analysis functions bas ed on the data related by the 3 basi c functions, and shows the results to user by line chart, pie chart and histogram, whi ch directily shows uses the situation of the car use.Finally, we discuss the s ystem test, i ncludi ng the s ystem run environment,expe riment design and result analys is. Besides, we al so introduce the sys tem interface through a run instance.
