The document studies in control strategy of gravure printing machine shaftless chromatography system, according to the technology characteristics shaftless chromatography and the problem of practical application have a comprehensive in-depth research.In the aspect of chromatography, analyze the causes of chromatic error and have a detailed presenting in chromatic error detection method of priting machine. Analyze the key techniques of the shaftless chromatography system applied in printing, research and discusses the recurrent problems in the shaftless chromatography system, compare to the traditional transmission system and select the chromatography adjustment method based on the relative position.In the aspect of synchronization control, for the characters that restrict among each shaft, affect with each other and couple strongly in the shaftless system, the thesis introduces the Synchronization Control strategy that bases on the adjacent Cross Coupling after studied the multi motors that are often used.The tracking error for the position of a single shaft and the synchronistic error for two adjacent shafts are both considered. Furthermore, because people now only need to consider two adjacent shaft on every press shaft, the cross coupling synchronistic method is simplified, reduces the complexity in mathematics.In the aspect of controller design, in order to inhibit the effect of the unstable synchronization caused by diversification from drive motor load torque, the paper designs an ADRC controller, which has a better tracking and ADRC ability for shaftless chromatography system base on the ADRC control algorithm. It also combines the controller with synchronistic strategy of the adjacent cross coupling to redesign another ADRC controller. It significantly inhibits the influence from load fluctuations and parameter diversifications.In the last section, the simulation model has been built by Simulink in the MATLAB. According to the evidence from the simulation experiment, the control strategy obtained not only can realize the global synchronization of the multi-color chromatography system, but also has faster response and better robustness, and achieve the design objective of colligated coordination control between color adjustment and position synchronization.
