The object of unit's coordinated control system (CCS) is an important topic on the power plant automatic control. It is a highly complicated multi-variable control system. It has some characters such as nonlinear, parameters time varying, large delay and severe coupling. Relatively, the main paradox is between the stability of the pressure before turbine and the suitability of the load. The control strategy of traditional coordinated control system is far from satisfying with the request of the electric network.We design a method on decoupling when the dynamic characteristic of the unit power set have been analyzed. According to the dynamic characteristics of the turbine and boiler's control loop, CCS mainly based on the boiler-follow-turbine based on fuzzy auto-disturbance-rejection technique is introduced. Otherwise, we introduce a method of auto- disturbance-rejection technique based on the turbine-follow- boiler. The simulation manifests that the coordinated control system (CCS) has overcome multivariable disturbance and time lag very well and good control quality and good robustness and good anti-disturbances ability.
