A Design Of Intellectual Temperature Instrument Based On The Auto Disturbance Rejection Controller

With the merit of simple algorithm, strong robustness and anti-interference capability the ADRC (the Auto Disturbance Rejection Controller) not relying on the accurate math mode of controlled plant has been extensive use on the magnetic levitations system, satellite attitude control, attitude control system of missile, tank fire-controlling system, inertial navigation, so it has been caught the attention of Control Experts and Scholars. But the application of ADRC is circumscribed because the parameter regulation of regulatory ADRC is very difficult.This thesis aims at developing a high performance ADRC temperature control instrument, which can turn ADRC parameters automatically, to meet the requirements in industrial control fields.The hardware, porting of uC/OS-Ⅱ, driver design and algorithm design are described in this paper. The circuit design is function of software realization. Algorithm design becomes easily with diver and operating system, hardware resource can be used by API function.An expert ADRC is designed in this thesis through analyzing the principle of ADRC and the expert control system. The Intelligent Controller controls uncertain temperature plants by implementing the most suitable control strategy of ADRC which is obtained in reasoning machine by analyzing the basic characteristics of temperature plant and searching the control rules in the knowledge base.The Instrument testing by controlling electronic oven, incubator etc. demonstrates that the controller has good control effectiveness especially for the plants with large delay and large inertia. I believe that the instrument with friendly user interface, simplicity of operator, good control effectiveness etc. based on expert ADRC will appear in the market in the near future.
