The steam generator is the key equipment of the nuclear power plant.The stable operation of the steam generator is significance to the safety of the nuclear power plant.The water level of steam generator is an important parameter that must be controlled during its operation.The operation of the steam generator will be effected by the water level.The heat pipe will rupture and radioactive releases will happen if the water level is higher or lower.The existing steam generator water level control system is usually three impulse PID control system.Its dynamic performance and anti-perturbation capability need to be promoted.In this paper,the steam generator water level controller is designed by the auto-disturbance-rejection control technique based on the reduction of the E.Irving model to the second order.In order to verify the effect of the control,the auto-disturbance-rejection controller and the three-impulse PID control simulation model are respectively set up on the Simulink simulation platform,the control effect of the two controllers are compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the steam generator water level controller designed by auto-disturbance-rejection control technology has a qualitative improvement relative to the three-impulse PID controller in controller dynamic performance and anti-disturbance capability.Because of auto-disturbance-rejection controller has too many parameters and is difficult to set,a particle swarm optimization algorithm which combines the immune algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the auto-disturbance-rejection controler.The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by simulation,and the controller parameters of five typical cases are optimized.The simulation results show that the adaptive response is faster and the anti-disturbance ability is stronger when the parameters are optimized.The steam generator has a complex physical process and variable parameters.For the atypical conditions,the model parameters are choosen by linear variable method.After designing the auto-disturbance-rejection controller under typical operating conditions,designed a global water level controller by multi-model scheduling strategy based on fuzzymembership degree.The simulation results show that the designed global controller can realize the global water level control.
