With the rapid development of SOC technology and the gradually increasing ofapplication security, smart card has been very widely used in many fields with itsunique security, mobility and portability. The hardware of smart card is composed ofCPU, memory, clock, I/O and some other function modules, like a small computer. Itssoftware contains chip operating system (COS), application framework, and specificservice applications.2805U4based on linear51core, can be used for USB Key, contactsmart card and other products with high security, low power, and strong scalability.This paper based on2805, studied the development and verification of ITCOS undersmart card mode and UKey mode. The ITCOS is not a really chip operating system. Itincludes Bootloader, internal test and download program, and interface drivers. In thispaper, ITCOS development method and structure have been studied, and itsdevelopment and verification have been completed successfully, especially in terms ofenhancing the security of ITCOS, several innovative measures have been studied toimprove its security factor greatly. Verification process, including chip-based prototypesimulation and FPGA-based software and hardware co-verification, not onlyaccelerates the speed of verification, but also improves its reliability.
