Design And Implementation Of The Short Message And Bulletin Subsystem Of HENAN Telecom Customer Retention System

With the growing competition between the telecommunication operators，customer retention is one of the key factor in reinforcing enterprise value， so itbecomes more and more important to construct and perfect the customer retentionsystem. Through the statistical analysis， retention system locks the middle andhigh-end customers， maintains and detains the customers pertinently in order toincrease customer perception and viscosity，reduce the loss of customers and telephonetraffic， and improve customer value. But now there are many deficiencies in theretention system， such as the relatively insufficient of the off-network users location，the relatively narrow of the coverage of user groups， the poor ability of off-networkwarning， and the system cannot take different prevention， maintenance and detentionstrategy for different high off-network tendency of customer groups.The short message and bulletin subsystem of retention system is one of theimportant part， which is a necessary sub-system of retention system and provides theretention system with valid implementation approach. First，the paper introduces theresearch background，development， the relationship between short message andbulletin sub-system and retention system, including the key technology. After that，thedesign of the architecture of short message and bulletin sub-system of customerretention system and the demand analysis is presented based on the life cycle model andcustomer data. And the design and implement four functions modules include the shortmessage management, message sending, bulletin management and attachmentmanagement is proposed. Last，the test and evaluation process and analysis ispresented，the test results verify our assistance sub-system is feasible and valid.The short message and bulletin subsystem of retention has been using in the Henantelecom company, has implemented related functions of the retention system, andreached prospective effect.
