Recent years, wallpapers have been a mainstream building material. With the rapiddevelopment of domestic decoration industry, there has been a larger and larger demand onthe wallpaper. In the past, most wallpaper production lines were produced in Europe, and oneof the most important equipment is wallpaper printing synchronization embossing productionline which was made by Europe, not only the production basic cost is higher but alsoinconvenience supply equipment and hard to offer after sales service to customer caused bymany reasons and aspects. Also cause the new wallpaper making enterprise the highthreshold to enter. In order to adapt to this expanding wallpaper marker, on the base ofdeeply understanding the production techniques and the working principle of the Wallpaperprinting synchronization embossing lines, this paper make a research on the control systemof the Wallpaper printing synchronization embossing lines. Aiming at the core and keytechnologies, multi-motor synchronous tension control, we proposed the PI algorithm andgot achieved combined with the vector frequency inverter drive technology.This paper describes a framework of the entire control system, and use ofprogrammable logic controllers and variable frequency vector drive technology combined toform a synchronous tension drive system. The paper describes the various parts of the controlsystem hardware matching the communication link between the design of the hardwareconnection schematic in details, and the use of two different kinds of tension detection deviceand control technology, in-depth analysis of the two tension detection technology andcontrast, combined application optimization, to make the system more stable and accurate,keep it simple and practical program editor and man-machine interface design process, anddescribes the installation process and several experimental testing method, and summarizethe hardware debugging and software debugging process failures and problems, and analysisand processing.At last, this paper described the installation of the system debugging methods.The practical application showed the high reliability, the strong processing capability, and thegood real-time performance of this system. While reducing the costs, it can replace theoriginal equipment aboard. So, it has a wide application prospects.
