Aviation mechatronic management computer is the control center responsible fordoors opening, undercarriage retracting, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanism’s actionsof the airplane. The correctness and reliability of task executing on mechatronicmanagement computer should be tested precisely during the process of production. Asproduction tasks increase, testing tasks are becoming more and more onerous, and thedevelopment of a reliable and efficient automatic test equipment is quiet pressing ademand.Through tight integration with the process of developing automatic test equipmentfor mechatronic management computer, and by using the virtual-instrument conceptbased LabVIEW development platform,this paper devises and implements a suit ofautomatic test software, which is multifunctional, configurable, efficient and flexible.The system is able to test two different types of mechatronic management computers,and can be connected with a maximum of four computers of the same type at the sametime, these computers will be tested one by one. In this paper, we describe thesoftware and hardware design of the system in detail. The hardware of the systemconsists of Advantech’s IPC and DAQ Card based on PCI Bus protocol, while thesoftware of the system is developed through LabVIEW development platform.Huge amounts of the results of experiments and spot tests indicate that, thesystem is able to finish works that could only be finished by eight sets of test devices,and all indicators of the system meet the demand of test, and the system meets the actualdemand of scientific research and production.
