Design Of Heating Network Computer Monitoring System And The Application

With the development of technologies and improvement of productivity, the popularization and application of computer technology, the remote monitoring system by a means of monitoring and control computer has been increasingly applied in many fields. Heating supply monitor system plays important role in heating supply enterprises, based on configuration software, Heating supply monitor system is designed for central Heating and warm supplying enterprises. The system which is supported by computer technology and intelligent instrumentation remote communication technology, it is vivid, real-time, effective management of an important means of central heating systems, it is remote monitoring system. Along with the rapid development of the computer technology, most heating and warm supply enterprises have established Heating supply monitor system so as to utilize resources properly and improve the level of production management. The research purposes of this paper is that combined the actual situation with the design request to design and develop a system and the system is based on configuration software, finally, realized the system in enterprises of Liaoning province,then realized the system in other province like Henan and Hebei etc.This paper firstly introduced the significance and the development of remote monitoring system, discussed the actuality of the remote monitoring system for heating network, researched on the basic technology and related technologies. We also researched on the requirement of remote monitoring system. After that, the paper put forward a design plan and a detailed scheme, at last, realized Heating supply monitor system. The system used remote monitoring and intelligent instrumentation remote communication technology. intelligent instrumentation in situ collection site parameters of temperature etc, then calculated flow and heat cumulatively, based on configuration software,achieve Real-time monitoring of the on-site data display and storage,then drawing curve and alarm output, it also finish management and print function.
