| With the developing of the internet communication, now many communicating tools are appearing, just like Voice,Video,SM,Microlog,Wechar etc,those communicating tools provide single service,so to intergrate the communicating tools is a urgent requirement.This paper is devoted to research on construction and application of the multimedia communication platform, explore user how to use a conformable communication platform to realize all the communicating task, this platform is provided with integration, SSO, IM. It will provide the compositive between the user. This paper is based on CMM3,method of software engineering, SIP standard, Tencent’s open interface standard,Sina open interface standard. Describe the procedure of requirement collecting, requirement analisis, system designing, application developing, testing etc, obtain some achievement:1.Base on the software engineering and CMM3,to excute the analysis, design, coding, testing of the software. Use the technology of the Java and C++to achieve the user’s experience and Performance guarantee, it is necessary for the architecture of the software.2.Research some kind of opening interface standard, use the SIP to join the communication tools, it’s made the platform have the ability to communicate to the QQ, microlog, Wechar, Callcenter. Other communicating tools will be integrated in subsequent plan.3.The unified platform can SSO,IM and collecting the personal communicating information. These can cause the communicating high-efficiency and the intergrating communication information.Through the presentation of construction and research process in this paper, we can see the significance of multimedia communication platform with integrated communication tools, communication and information integration, which will provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to deepen the research on this platform. Furthermore, in marketing and after-sales service business areas, it will bring important technology and efficiency improvement, which deserves wide promotion. |
