| With the continuous development of the society, we have been coming into a time for informational and interconnected network. The union, as a tie between the broad masses of staff and workers, will be charged with not only the responsibility of defending the lawful interest for all the staffs, but also the main tasks of devoting major efforts to develop some mass economical technical projects which will bring forth new ideas always around the central task in the business, as well as bringing the main force of the working class into full play, so as to bring about the reform, the development and the stability of the organizations for all the business and institutions. In the world of today, the spreading speed of information has been increasing more and more rapidly. In order to do its duty well, the union has to realize the interconnected network for the spreading of its information and the comprehensiveness of its forms. Therefore, observing the principles of advancement, the opening to the outside, the expansibility and maintainability, according to the professional practice at present, considering the need for the professional development in the future, we decided to adopt a three-level construction, User Interface (UI)/Business Logic Layer (BLL)/Data Access Layer (DAL), to use current advanced system platform, to select a method of facing to an object and a tool with visible quality. As a result, we have developed a set of fairly perfect solving plan.Since May in 2009, I've been in charge of the developing "Union Managing System" used be the union managers. The system has been tried out in the Union of Tianjin Development and Reform Committee since September in 2009. The chairman of that union has fully approved of the system and confirmed it as one of the key programs of Tianjin Development and Reform Committee in 2009. Then since April in 2010 the system has been popularized among over 90 city-level institutions with great help of Tianjin City-level Institute Union Federation. The system consists of a chief pattern for union managing system, a specific pattern for reminding the birthdays and another specific pattern for generating the register code. Its applied requirements and functional analysis were put forward by Union of Development and Reform Committee and Tianjin Information Center, which stand for the basic requirements of the broad Union managers in their daily work, whereas all those can provide the basement for the popularity of the software. The project group made good use of the methods in the software engineering, adopted the techniques of C#.NET, Access, Crystal Reports and so on, and developed a set of managing system for the union members'information, which is very easy to use with the friendly pages and over-all functions, which can make things convenient for the union managers to register, to inquir about, add up the information, mimeograph some report forms and so on, so as to build a efficient and convenient working platform for union managing work.This thesis chiefly deals with the process of design and developing, including the background and significance of the system research, the environment and techniques of the system development, the design of the system function and its data-base, the design and development of the system and the solving of some key techniques. All of the problems are discussed in cooperation with the programs. |
