China's Weibo Say Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Every technical innovation of communication can initiate significant transformation in the human society life. In recent years, Micro-blog, as a kind of rising mass media that shows typical characteristic of the "We Media", it soon swept the whole world and affected people’s social life with the properties of openness, interactivity, convenience, inclusiveness and grass roots. The Micro-blog enormously liberates populace’s power of discourse and significantly shaken the monopoly of traditional discourse. The original discourse pattern to be reconstruction, the discourse space of citizen are unprecedented expanded. In a manner of speaking, behind all public events can be seen micro-Blog’s strength. Micro-blog gives people more space of discourse, people can participate in politics through the micro-blog and individuals master much more opportunity to express themselves, the pattern of discourse power is developing in non-stop deconstruction and reconstruction cycle.In this research, first simply elaborated the concept of micro-blog and the origin of development, and then define the conception of micro-blog and the right of discourse power, after that I analyze the impact of micro-blog’s status. The micro-blog has uncomparable advantages and achieved great breakthrough in discourse, which brings us "the spring of power of speech". Meanwhile, it has defect in construction of micro-blog’s discourse power. The overflow of information disturb the right to speak, excessive entertainment erosion the right to speak, which are not conducive to the realization of the right to speak of micro-blog. This article is intended as far as possible to explore the potential of micro-blog discourse advantage, and let it towards to the development of a harmonious and healthy direction. And we want the micro-blog play the advantages of supervision and social. Maintenance of the public the right to speak, and avoid the abuse of the power which can be tends to vulgarity. I hope this research can cause the academic community and mature thinking in the future subject, exploration and exposition.
