The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Micro-blog In Chinese Libraries

With the development of informatics and technology,Micro-blog,as a platform in the age of Web2.0,has been paid more attention and use in all professions and trades at the whole society.Library,as information institutions,followed this new application brought by new technologies,librarians and researchers appeared wide application and research.Communications between traditional libraries and their readers exist many problems,such as service timeliness,communication and interaction weakness,less publicity channels,lack of user stickiness,these problems effect service quality and library identity of libraries directly.Recently,many public libraries and colleges and universities libraries have opened Micro-blog service,which have become a big library propaganda position and a favorable platform for interacting librarians,readers and other relevant personnel.Micro-blog has a great benefit for both the construction of modern library and personalized service.This article is based on current domestic research papers on Library Micro-blog,and summaries these papers in order to provide literature accumulation and support research for this field.Firstly,the research background and significance have been introduced,the related concepts of micro-blog and developments at domestic and abroad are described.Related literatures about library Micro-blog which are searched in CNKI database,will be taken quantitative analysis to summarize and analyze,which based on the theory of literature metrology combining with the relevant laws and the principle of information metrology,the ultimate goal is to discover the development research on Micro-blog library and learn the research status of domestic library Micro-blog.In addition,according to library Micro-blog research in different subject areas,this article will make deep analysis on library micro-blog platform basis construction,the use of micro-blog in public libraries and academic libraries,services contents,crisis and the risk that may be faced,and some suggestions to put forward the development process of library micro-blog.
