Health is the eternal pursuit of mankind, each new life are entrusted with the familyand social responsibility and caring. Maternal and child health information has a wideaudience and social needs. In recent years, occupying more and more communicationchannels, and breeding and raising young tradition and habit is changed, maternal andchild health idea appeared to change.In this paper, through the perspective of communication, parenting class of analyticour country health information dissemination, to health communication and the theory ofuse and satisfaction as the support, to Dandong city in liaoning province as an examplethe investigation, in the light of our country town area of maternal and child healthinformation medium contact behavior, analysis of audience on maternal and child healthinformation use and class meet, audience research medium contact behavior brings theaudience’s attitude, behavior, perceptions of the impact of. As China’s maternal and childhealth education to provide reference for the construction of effective parenting, channelsof information dissemination, for our country public health communication contributionmeager strength.The article is divided into five parts, the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced this topic research goal and thesignificance, the research methods and research status at home and abroad.The secondpart introduces the different media of maternal and child health informationdissemination prosperous situation, analyzes the reasons of prosperity of maternal andchild health information.The third part as the theme, with the theory of use andsatisfaction as the support, through the questionnaire survey, master of the maternal andchild health information media exposure, analysis.The fourth part, discusses the theory ofthe force vectors, vector on maternal and child health information dissemination promoteand influence, and maternal and child health idea change. From a psychological point ofview also makes some analysis.The fifth chapter, conclusion and puts forward theproblems and research deficiencies.
