Our party and government has always paying attention to development of MCH, and has published "Maternal and Infant Health Care Law", and made "national programme for the development of children 2001-2010" and "Outline for Chinese women's Development", how to raise the level of material and child hygiene though the foundation of data-base of material and child hygiene, realize the goal of "sketch", is the most important problem, so we think to start with management and services, improve a series of management policy, combing technical support, through introducing the advanced achievements of information science, to set up the maternity and child hygiene data sharing platform, to strengthen management, to improve services, and raise the health of women and children to a higher level, and realize the gold of "skeleton".
