Design And Implementation Of The Municipal Maternal And Child Health's Management Information System

With the reform of maternal and child health system in China, the service of social maternity and child care institution will greatly increase. As a result, the traditional manual management is out of date. To guarantee the smooth implement, as well as the effective, accurate and prompt management with a level of modernization, it is necessary to insert the information management system into the maternity and child health care management, so as to establish a new system.In this article, the author analyzes the development background of the system, generalizes the main issue, and briefly introduces the major technology and attribution of the system. The requirement analyses mainly elaborate the theory and method of the requirement development, requirement management and service modeling, illustrating the clients' main demands by means of samples and activity diagram. The framework design part is about the structure, the functional demands, the data processing and the interface of the system, by means of logic diagrams and network maps to illustrate the structure. The detailed design part is mainly about sample models, conceptual data models, object-oriented models, and physical data models, analysis of categories, fundamental structure, and security of the system. The static system is illustrated by relationship class diagram, while the dynamic structure of the system by state chart diagram. In the materialization part, it elaborates the method of materialization, the requirements of the system in function and examples of interface design and code implementation.The thesis labors on the development of the information management system of the maternal and child health care in Gaomi. The system is designed by the author in UML, according to the actual situation of Gaomi. The design of the system strictly follows the requirements of software engineering, with a standard and well-organized file, which sticks to the combination of scientifically and practical value. The finished system preliminarily achieved its goal, with the effect of saving office hour, raising efficiency and satisfying the demands of work. With the development of society, the requirement of the service will be updated, and the system will be upgraded to meet new demands.
