As China’s proprietary3G standard, TD-SCDMA is developed in full swing in recent years. With the expansion of the network size, short board is gradually emerging:the band limit needs more sites for seamless coverage; While China Mobile cites the concept of super base station, the wide coverage and low-power, it makes a new subject for the development of TD-SCDMA.This article focuses on the technology of remote radio, which tries to realize the miniaturization of the base station through the separation of baseband and RF base station, and such technology can help operators establish the station flexiblely. Meanwhile, this article lists TD-SCDMA RF transceiver indicators as required in3GPP.This article introduces the technical indicators of RF transceiver and analyzes the TDSCDMA algorithms in details. Through the transceiver structure, device selection, link budget and circuit design, to complete the TD-SCDMA RF transceiver design. Finally, to establish kinds of test platforms and gives concrete tests to TD-SCDMA various indicators.
