TD-SCDMA System Network Planning And Implementation

As a complicated technology system, modern communications technology plays a vital role in promoting the advancement of society and that of information industry in various countries. With the development of mobile communications technology and a gradual birth of key TD-SCDMA network tehnologies, network planning has become increasingly important. Great importance should be attached to network planning for the purpose of improving the capacity of the TD-SCDMA network system, guaranteeing the quality of signal-transmitting base station and expanding its coverage.This paper has first of all conducted a simple analysis of WCDMA, the leading technology within3G, and the composition and features of CDMA2000, then focused on the study of network planning, which is centered around the technical features of and analysis on the characteristics of TD-SCDMA after giving a brief introduction of the history of the mobile communications system. Meanwhile, this paper has had a detailed discussion of the key problems related to network planning, which include network link budget, basic parameters, planning and design (capacity and coverage), etc.The exploration of the above problems has made this paper somewhat of foresight in theory and of significance in application, which plays an important part in the development of the future network technology within3G, and is of help in breaking through the bottlenecks that constrain3G network construction. The basic ways of network planning have been worked out through an exploration of the above problems. In addition, based on the TD-SCDMA network and the actual network sites planned within Xuzhou Business Zone of Jiangsu Mobile, this paper has given a comprehensive exposition of the measure planning of full network coverage as well as the expected or required statistical indexes of network performance that are in accordance with the network planning, which has made Xuzhou network structure of Jiangsu Mobile more inclined to be simple and rational. At the same time, this paper has also pointed out the imperfections in the planning and the train of thought in terms of the subsequent evolution of the network.
