| Nowadays, the car is playing an increasing important role in people’s lives, the role of the automobile is changing from the luxury gradually to the necessities. At the same time, the cars used more and more as the families transport tool. The major automobile sales channels are4S shops at home. A4S shop is a franchise business model with "four-in-one" concept, including Sale, Sparepart, Service and Survey. It has the uniform image, uniform identity, uniform management standards, and uniform selling brand. It is a prominent marketing strategy, having consistent channel and uniform concept of culture, furthermore,4S shop is obvious to be superior in car brand improving, car manufacturer image building. But the software construction of the domestic automobile4S shops lags far behind compared to that of the hardware. As the use of computer and network technology becomes more and more popular, the construction of the software of4S shop is becoming increasingly important. Through the design and development of a set of management system for the4S shop, it can effectively achieve the scientific management and to improve the operating efficiency of4S shop.Under this environment, this paper designs and develops a complete set of automobile4S shop management system, in order to improve the operation efficiency of the4S shop. This article uses the ideas of software engineering to start from the system requirements analysis, and provided a detailed analysis of system functionality and architecture. By careful comparison of the development platforms and architectures, the the ASP.NET technology is ultimately selected as the base of the system development. After further analysis of data structures and the security strategies in the context of the whole system, the final whole automobile4S shop management system is completely developed. This paper develops the system based on the entire business process of the4S shop, including the visit of the customer, customer orders, customer billing, factory shipments, and a series of management operations. And the system design also incorporates a new concept of Model-View-Controller (MVC), which effectively integrates parts management, vehicle sales and repair service business and data sharing. Through the continuous improvement of the system, it will ultimately provide an effective decision-making and management platform, enhancing the overall4S shop sales, lying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of shops. |
