Shipyard is such a complex manufacturing enterprise, it is accepted productionorders, and its production is the single, low-volume assembling production.Manufacturing process of the ship requires collaboration of a large shipbuildingenterprise workshop. Through efficient management workshop to develop effective jobshop scheduling is directly related to shipbuilding a link, having a significant impact inimproving the production efficiency of shipbuilding enterprise workshop. At the sametime, the traditional single-shop scheduling optimization method can not be used as agood way to develop the shipbuilding enterprise job shop scheduling, because thecomplexity of the shipbuilding process requires more than one workshop in close co-operation. Therefore, this article will be shipbuilding enterprise inter-shop problem asthe research object to study. The main study included the following aspects:(1) Through the analysis of modern ship building mode, the process of shipconstruction, the product structure of ship and the job shop situation in shipbuildingenterprise, we can construct a job shop Multi-level model in the shipbuildingenterprise.Using this model,the shipbuilding enterprise job shop tasks can bedecomposed into three layers, which are pipeline layer, shop layer, inter-shop layer.(2) Using petri net modeling method, to establish the three operational level Petrinet models. In the shipbuilding enterprise workshops operating system, the constraintrelationship between the equipment, personnel and the workpiece, the workpieceprocessing line and processing time can be used to visualize Petri net models.Thesemodels provide a basis for the realization of optimization algorithm.(3) To address inter-shop scheduling problems, I propose an improved geneticalgorithm based on petri nets. Using this algorithm to solve the pipeline layer problemand shop layer problem, and then consider inter-shop problem, the number ofworkshops in a job shop, which contains more than one workshop.and then exemplifiedwith real data.The result to prove the feasibility and convergence of the algorithm.(4) Through the analysis of the shipbuilding enterprise planning systemhierarchical model, we can construct a multi-stage job shop scheduling system withseveral times to develop the Job Shop Scheduling by department, team. We design andimplement the main functional structure of the ship building workshop managementsystem, using this system to strengthen the shipyard management and to help Plannersto develop the job shop scheduling in the shipyard.
