Non-profit Organization Design And Development Of Customer Relationship Management (crm) System

With the continuous development of China’s economy, the rising charitable awareness and the emerging of public questioning, the demand of professional management of China’s non-profit organizations grows rapidly. However, few of the existing managing systems can be used specifically for nonprofit organizations, and there are still many defects in the existing management systems. At the same time, weak management skills, low degree of specialization and incomplete management for meticulous management towards clients are the key problems that are needed to be solved for non-profit-organizations. These problems, in some aspect, restrict the further development of the non-profit organizations. Therefore, to meet the public charity’s growing demand, building a professional and standard customer relationship management system for non-profit organizations has become an important task of the Chinese non-profit organizations.A complete set of non-profit organization customer relationship management system is in urgent need to address the deficiencies in the operation and management of China’s non-profit organizations and standardize the direction of development. A detailed investigation of the non-profit organization at home (charity foundations in this article) is conducted, in order to design and develop a customer relationship management system adapting to China’s national conditions. Based on the discussion of the existing problems in customer relationship management system, CRM framework and the MVC model are used to develop the system. Using the idea in software engineering, a detailed requirement specification is done to determine the system’s business processes and functional partition. The design and development of the various modules of the system are presented, and also an example of database design system security policy is presented. Finally, the performance characteristics of the system are discussed, and some imperfections of the system are raised for the future improvement.
