Using the information technology to bulidthe Foundation For Poverty Alleviation Platform and show the sources and flow of the fundsto the public is one way to solve this problem.By finishing the construction of this platform, this article will explain MVC model andits application in the Struts framework, analyze the strengths and features of Struts, Springand Hibernate,as well as the development meaning of SSH framework to this system andmake sure in high performance web application, the combination of these threeframeworks is feasible,advanced and available.Meanwhile, according to the specificcircumstances of the Foundation For Poverty Alleviation currently,conduct the research andanalysis from reality.Whereafter, write the requirements and use object-oriented methods andUML modeling to analyse and design the system;describe the inportant use case diagram,sequence diagram, package diagram, class diagram and the flow chart and so on. After that,designe database and ER diagrams; describe and introduce the specific implementationmethods and testing scheme, etc..Finally, based on the above analysis and design, it will form a set of requirementsresearch and analysis, system design, database construction, coding and system testing for thisplatform. Moreover, the combination of Struts,Spring and Hibernate frameworks will beintegrated, and their feasibility and superiority will be proved.
