The Design And Implementation Of The Core Business System Of Charity Foundation

The development of philanthropy is an important aspect of the soc ial security system.Charitable foundations are important part of philanthropy constitutes,and they are important to the development of philanthropy and improving social management.Now,more and more people are concerned about development of philanthropy,and these concerns get some problems explosed.Of all these problems,information not available to public and no modern office are two most important parts.A set of effective large-scale public welfare fund information management platform can make business and financial management orderly,simplified and clear complex business processes,improve the efficiency of the office staff and the capital use transparent.So as to promote the establishment of public welfare foundation more effectively,and make contribution to the charity of our country.This paper design and realize a management system of Charitable Foundation.This system is to manage all foundation?s data in a unified method,and coordinate the work of different departments.This system will als o provide an information release method.These methods will make the foundation?s work in a modern way.This system is divided into the hotline management subsystem,to help the Department of medical and emergency department subsystem,volunteer department management subsystem,finance management sub system,system management sub system five functional modules.This system will use a B/S architecture,and use LAMP as main technology.For LAMP is a combination of four open-source tools,it is free to use and can develop a prototype in a fast way.In the mean while,we will use ThinkPHP framework,which is developed by Chinese developer.In the system test section,the system's test environment is first introduced,then the test cases are described and the test results are analyzed.It can be seen from the test results that the system meets the specific business needs of the charity foundation.Each use case of the system can work normally.The information system improves the transparency of information,reduces management costs,and improves management efficiency.
