With the use of such technologies as virtual reality in developing virtual laboratory, the development of virtual laboratory is greatly promoted, and virtual laboratory plays an important role in scientific experiments and vocational education and training, thus becoming a hot spot in applications and researches of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years and organic chemistry experiment causes widespread concern in a large number of researchers because of its unique complexity and variability. But organic chemistry virtual laboratory used to be demonstration processes operation, which was poor in accuracy and interactivity and extremely insufficient in scene-type and developing of simulation result, thus its development to a high level was hindered.This paper based on research and analysis on virtual reality, virtual labs and organic chemistry experiments. The overall framework and function design of organic chemistry virtual laboratory are designed with the idea of "program-based, animation-supplemented" and modeled with technologies of ActionScript3.0programming and Flash CS3vector graphics, then successfully simulates the impact of changes in the material ratio, time, temperature and other factors on the experimental results. The organic chemistry virtual laboratory of this paper which based on the model and the impacts of factors sets the scene-type, interaction, quantitative analysis as a whole and contains11complete multi-step organic chemistry experiments of college which basically cover all the steps of such experiments and this makes important significances. Thinking about the diversity and difficulty of the device, this paper uses "touch-sensitive" technology to build the virtual experimental device achieving highly interactive nature of the experimental operation. After meeting the basic function of the organic chemistry virtual laboratory, functions like "Records" and "Reaction" are used to increase this software’s humanization, functions like "Background" and "Music" are also used to enhance its entertainment elements.On the basis of the constructing virtual laboratory of organic chemistry, this paper also does a study on building organic chemistry experiment device, using its features such as unit and progress, it extracts competitive element reasonably and constructs an educational game based on virtual experiment of organic chemistry while guaranteeing science, profession and knowledge. This experimental education games includes two operating modes for user to select with his own intention, namely as stage mode and free mode. This software melts the concept of educational games’ software in the construction of virtual laboratory, forming a new software shape, study shape and realizing the actively exploration of virtual labs and educational games.
