| Currently, companies adopt numerous measures to optimize the calculation of cost and budget as well as the realization of cost control, such as applying advanced Internet information technology to financial management, integrating business and the financial flow, building informatization platform, that is safety, effective, reliable and fast in financial calculation and budget, based on the current Internet resources.This paper studies and analyzes the Internet reimbursement system of Company Xinyang in Dongguan. In this paper, the research purpose, research background, the current situation of this research and the research content are discussed in detail. In the analysis of business, this paper firstly introduces the main flow chart. After that, the current business management flow of Xinyang is analyzed. The author also points out the problems of the current flow. Finally, the author puts forward the optimizing electronization business management flow to optimize the current business management flow. In the analysis of the system function, this paper lists the use case diagram and relevant descriptions at length, establishes the model of use case and figures out the needs for function. In the analysis of function, this paper conducts model establishing with use case, providing use case diagram and use case description. According to the analysis of the function, the author lists the general function package diagram as well as the specific package diagram of the sub systems, including function models of management for loan application, reimbursement and basic information. In the analysis of system statistics, this paper elaborately concludes the relevant processing data of the function models, building constrained graph of acdbentity and control class. Therefore, the database is successfully established.In the last chapter, this paper concludes the content and the findings of this research.
