Currently, the intelligent building energy management is achieved by the construction equipment management system (BAS systems). BAS system can be based on a pre-arranged time program management optimization for lighting, HVAC, power supply and distribution equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. According to foreign experience in engineering, construction equipment management system (BAS system) about20-25%energy saving for a new office building. However, according to statistics, more than80%of the intelligent building BAS system just as the device status monitoring and the use of automatic control, did not start saving effect, causing a great waste of investment.There are many reasons this phenomenon, fundamental research, China is as yet not established a well-established method of building energy efficiency test, BAS system is engineered products are not complete sets of equipment, BAS systems engineer is required to do in the field quadratic programming in order to achieve the control function, the system performance is affected by the field engineer human factors impact great, plus a lot of intelligent building construction side and the management side, the use of the separation, resulting in little how many users really care about in the end section, the user in building energy-saving aspects of the input-output ratio is the number. In fact, due to the lack of buildings the ground energy use model and measurement instruments, even if the user making the problem, can not get accurate data.Building energy consumption monitoring platform software, therefore, need to be set in the Intelligent Building energy efficiency of building equipment monitoring, analysis and management, and the establishment of the model of the energy consumption of the building, in order to realize the purpose of energy saving.This article describes the background of building energy consumption monitoring platform software and technical requirements, energy consumption monitoring function analysis of the functional requirements of the building energy consumption monitoring platform software and key technologies, the establishment of a set used in intelligent building monitoring platform component-based software system, the platform system to reflect the greater stability, versatility, continuous scalability to meet the operation and maintenance of energy consumption monitoring, energy management monitoring solution needs and future energy management system needs. This article illustrates the positive significance of building energy consumption monitoring platform for software applications in intelligent building engineering applications.
