Today one of the important functions of the embedded device is to monitor multiple parameters of equipment at the same time. The real world is based on the presence of an analog signal, but embedded devices can only handle the digital signal. Therefore, the analog signal must be converted to a digital signal. The collected data is processed by the embedded development board and then uploaded to a remote control room through the socket. Applications predict equipment failure and the working life through the device status, performance parameters. This can improve production efficiency, reduce economic losses caused by the sudden failure of the equipment.This system is based on Linux as an embedded operating system,5pv210of Samsung chip as embedded processors, ADS8345of TI (Texas Instruments) as the A/D converter module for data acquisition. Because of the source code open, the kernel can be tailored, resource-rich features, Linux systems have been widely used in the field of embedded. S5pv210is ARM-based framework for embedded processor chip produced by Samsung, high-performance, low power consumption; The ADS8345is a16-bit successive approximation internal sampling analog-to-digital converter8-channel serial output.This paper gives the hardware and software platform solution of the subject. This project focuses on the communication methods that are Linux peripheral device with the Linux kernel and embedded development board with the remote control host computer. Using Linux-SPI communication protocol prepared the ADS8345driver to achieve a multi-channel data acquisition, and then uploaded to a remote control room by TCP protocol. The converted data of ADS8345passed to the embedded development board by SPI communication protocol. Embedded development board pass the processed data by the socket protocol to a remote control room. The PC program tests, validates and draws dynamic curve of every channel through the received data.The subject through the simulation of the actual device test system to prove that the acquisition system communication has good stability. We analyzed the test results proved that the accuracy, rate of the multi-channel data acquisition to meet the technical indicators. The subject provides some reference value for the further development of the subsequent system, as well as performance optimization.
