Office automation system (OA) refers to the use of technical means toimprove office efficiency, leading to the office automated processing. TheOA according to the main goal about construction, based on the company’sactual operating characteristics to develop a new OA, and this OA system isthe key project during2011to2012.Using the new OA system to make the company group and the branches to shareinformation horizontally by a uniformed access to make it become the centerof an enterprise knowledge sharing place and improve the ability of usinginformation and applications; Establishing Safe certification system, safetycertification,unified identity management and etc.. through upgrade andconstruct the OA system, integrate the internal information resources,transform and optimized a better OA system, gradually into the basic platformcuring business management processes. Longitudinal interconnected with theConstruction Group and at all levels of the company business system with theOA system.After upgrading the function modules of the old OA system, the new OAsystem of the company includes information portal system, integrated officesystems, document flow system, conference management system, file managementsystem, instant messaging systems and decision support systems.Information portal system applicable to all sectors, including thefunction like news, department information, announcement, duties guide,pictures news, rules and regulations, and public address book; integratedoffice systems including work logs, internal mail, personal file cabinet,integrated database, basic services survey, collaborative office scheduleonline staff, business office management and personal information maintenanceand other functions, the basic services survey function is mainly used for all departments except the planning department; The file management systemapplicable to all sectors, including the registration of files, filemaintenance, file query, file statistics, data dictionary and file cover;conference management system applicable to all sectors, including conferencemanagement, application management and meeting room management; document flowsystem includes handling receipt documents, handling issued documents, publictreatment, supervising and reminding documents, process tracking, signingon behalf of leadership and other functions all applicative to all sectors;Instant messaging systems including certificate login, online communication,meeting discussed, file transfer, news broadcast, documents download andother functions all applicative to all sectors; the decision support systemincluding business statistics, online statistics, mobile messages issuingfunction and count business data which owned by the leaders.
