China’s lead in research and production of magnetic material in the world, amagnetic materials reserves the world first, research methods on the other hand,magnetic material is extremely advanced. Understanding of the magnetic properties ofmatter is very important, it has a profound influence on the study of a new magneticmaterial properties and traditional magnetic device improvement. At this stage the useof electromagnetic induction method in measuring the material inside the distributionof magnetic field and magnetic hysteresis loop of the sample material aspects of theapplication of the most prominent. Method of magnetic flux measurement currentlyused mostly by integral method of sample calculation of induction electromotive force,relationship between the voltage change and hysteresis loop, through the softwareperformance analysis to obtain the final magnetic material.The principle is the use of electronic integrator circuit electronics approach tomeasuring the induced electromotive force coil internal integration, the electronicintegrator output voltage signals and the magnetic field intensity is proportional to the.Therefore, this method can measure the magnetic field distribution changes with time,is beneficial to automation, intelligent instrument. In the rapid development ofelectronic circuit technology today, this method of use of AC and DC magnetic fieldmeasurement of sample magnetic measurement has been widely applied in variousfields. Electronic integrator mainly has two kinds of structures: one is analogintegrator realize the integral function of core with operational amplifiers and analogdevices, the other is digital integrator mutual transform integral function with voltage,frequency.The signal source of digital integrator is discrete, the voltage/frequencyconverter makes analog digital conversion is possible, to solve the drift problem, butthe digital integrator can only deal with discrete signals, the integration time is verylong, the input and output ports to satisfy the corresponding logic caused bymodification, correction problems are also very prominent, and only one-way integral,greatly limits the range of digital integrator. Analog integrator problem lies in the change of voltage, current, frequency, cycle parameters of the interaction of theinstrument drift, poor accuracy, in the long-distance signal transmission andprocessing of signal waveform would change to lose some information, there will beserious when the interrupt signal, and can not be encrypted, but there is a simplecircuit structure, processing means diversity, cheap price, easy to design, and in someextreme conditions (such as: high current, high voltage) signal can generate stable.This paper aims to design analog integrator, a high precision, low drift, indealing with the above zero means by manual and automatic control of combiningseveral drift control analog integrator generated. The main idea is to utilize theimproved circuit structure as far as possible to reduce the zero drift and nonlinearerror, and select the high precision components such as: capacitor selection precisionpolyester capacitor, integral resistor Jepsun metal film or wirewound precisionresistance, selection of integrated operational amplifier open loop multiple input large,integrated circuit impedance is high, at the end of the integral results a brief analysis.
