The Design And Realization Of Strategy-Plan Management System Based On.NET

In the management of modern enterprise, strategy is constantly alienated fromplan, even if not, the connection between strategy and plan is not close or prompt.Especially for large enterprise, the objective conditions including the managementlevels, the branch agencies and the functions, are in urgent need of higher requirementfor the smooth connection of strategy and plan.It is widely accepted that strategic management focuses on overall effect;however it is hard to carry it out. Comparatively speaking, planned management isrelatively mature and also used widely. But planned management has its weakness,because uncertainty may occur anytime.More and more enterprise managers come to realize the importance ofstrategy-plan management and it has been increasingly widespread. But it is hard totell the effects. There are piles of things to deal with, such as how to control theprocesses, how to adjust the plans, and how to put plans into execution, etc. Bycontrast, planned management is more practical and developed more professionally.However, planned management also has its shortages.Although strategic management and planned management have developedrespectively, they still have their own weakness. The research is aimed to solve theproblems by applying information technology to management, that is to say, toestablish the close connection between strategy and plan.Taking the mentioned problems into account, a new strategy-plan managementsystem has been developed by the information technology to solve the disjoint between decision-making process and implementation process on the Web site, basedon management system and practice research.To realize the above-mentioned goal,.NET of Microsoft Corporation is appliedas the basic structure; Visual Studio2008is the development tool; C#is the programlanguage. Microsoft SQL Server2005is applied to improve the system integration.Windows platform is widely used operation system.This thesis introduces successively the background of the research, the purposeand significance of the research. It describes in detail the framework and developmentenvironment of software, analyzes the demands and design thinking of the system.Meanwhile it presents the main points of implementation procedure of system, and italso includes the arrangement in the later period and the test work as well. In the end,it concludes the process of this research work and the subsequent assumption is putforward.
